Läser just nu J. K. Rowlings nya bok "The Casual Vacancy". Jag kan med glädje säga att den hittills är mycket bra. En sak som jag tycker att Rowling är så fantastiskt bra på, det är att måla upp karaktärers inre, på ett sätt som gör att man faktiskt lär känna dem.
En av bokens karaktärer är tonåringen Stuart "Fats" Wall. Här är mina två favoritcitat kring honom som karaktär:
"Fats was convinced that he knew himself particularly well; he explored the nooks and crevices of his own psyche with an attention he had recently ceased to give to anything else. He spent hours interrogating himself about his own impulses, desires and fears, attempting to discriminate between those that were truly his and those that he had been taught to feel."

Det är inte alls särskilt svår engelska i boken så om du är sugen på att testa läsa en bok på originalspråket, kan detta vara ett bra ställe att börja på.
Det billigaste alternativet jag hittat är adlibris där den kostar 211 kr.

Jag håller på med boken just nu, men har lite svårt att fastna måste jag säga. Det känns fortfarande rörigt med alla karaktärer, men jag tror det blir bättre.
